During his distinguished tenure at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, Kausik served as Head of non-fiction content, where he led iconic IPs such as Dance India Dance and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.

He brings over 15 years of extensive leadership experience across content, marketing, and PR. His professional journey at Zee TV also includes roles as Director – Programming, AVP – Marketing, and Senior Brand Manager. This breadth of experience across entertainment and brand management positions him to drive measurable impact for diverse client portfolios.
