Jignesh Rathod has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Whole-Time Director at Waaree Group, effective March 21, 2026, marking a strategic leadership appointment to strengthen global expansion and renewable energy growth.

Jignesh will drive enterprise strategy, oversee operations, and scale international business, with a focus on expanding manufacturing capacity, enhancing execution excellence, and advancing next-generation solar technologies. This leadership move reflects a strong digital transformation strategy, integrating automation and innovation across manufacturing and operations.

Jignesh brings nearly two decades of experience within Waaree Group, having joined in 2007 and most recently serving as CEO-Designate. Previously, the leader held the role of Director of Operations, leading large-scale modernization initiatives and implementing automation to improve efficiency and output. With deep domain knowledge and execution strength, Jignesh is positioned to enhance Waaree Group’s global competitiveness.
