A seasoned leader with over 18 years at Noventiq, Ilya has been instrumental in building the company’s APAC business from the ground up into a strong organization of nearly 250 professionals. Known for his blend of entrepreneurial vision and structured execution, he has consistently driven customer-centric growth and long-term strategic value across diverse markets.

In his expanded role, Ilya will focus on accelerating Noventiq’s growth across MEA while strengthening the integration of global capabilities with local market dynamics. His deep understanding of the organization’s culture, operations, and global ambitions positions him to further scale the company’s international footprint.
