Prior to joining VLCC, Geetika held key leadership roles at MPS Limited, OYO, Accenture, and GE Capital, where she successfully led initiatives focused on building agile, high-performing teams and driving sustainable people practices. Her experience spans diverse industries, enabling her to align workforce strategies with evolving business priorities.
