Schindler India has appointed Arpita Roy Luthra as Vice President NI - Sales, Strategy & Marketing, where she will spearhead growth initiatives in the New Installation (NI) business. With over two decades of diverse leadership experience, Arpita brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, and enterprise strategy across multiple industries and geographies.

Before joining Schindler, she served as National Sales & Marketing Head at Everest Industries Limited and held senior roles at Stallion Group Nigeria, Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B.V., Crown Paints Kenya Plc, Pidilite Industries, SABMiller, and Godfrey Phillips India. Her extensive background in managing multi-country operations and building high-performing teams positions her well to drive Schindler India’s next phase of strategic growth.

At Schindler India, Arpita will focus on strengthening market presence, driving customer-centric innovation, and enhancing stakeholder engagement to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence in the NI segment.
