Srinivas has held senior leadership positions at PCCW, Infosys and ABB, where he worked across digital transformation and multi-billion-dollar business operations. He succeeds Raj Mehta, who has served as Chairman since 2022 and will step down from the Board on October 1 following a transition period while continuing as an investor.
Srinivas said the technology landscape is evolving rapidly, particularly amid the disruption created by AI and changing business imperatives.
The leadership transition comes as enterprises accelerate investments across AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity and digital engineering, areas that are reshaping technology strategies and business operations globally.
