Carrier has announced the appointment of Vineet Kashyap as Vice President, Strategy, Product Management & Data Centers within its Climate Solutions Asia and Middle East (CSAME) HVAC segment. With over 25 years of global leadership experience across strategy, product innovation, and business transformation, Vineet has been instrumental in driving Carrier’s regional growth and innovation agenda.

In his previous roles as VP & GM, Global Container, and VP, HVAC Strategy & Global Equipment Business, Vineet led transformative initiatives that strengthened Carrier’s leadership in sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. Before joining Carrier, he held key leadership roles at Chubb Fire & Security, United Technologies, Otis Elevator Co., and A.T. Kearney, contributing to strategic expansion across industries.

As he steps into this new chapter, Vineet aims to further advance Carrier’s mission of innovation, efficiency, and climate sustainability across the HVAC ecosystem.
