Vinay Agrawal has stepped into the role of Chief Financial Officer, CIB UK at BNP Paribas, bringing over 20 years of experience across BFSI, IT, and Retail sectors. In this new role, Vinay will provide strategic financial stewardship, partner closely with business functions, and navigate the evolving regulatory, technology, and geopolitical landscape.

A results-driven finance leader, Vinay has a proven track record in shaping financial strategy, enhancing governance, and aligning finance with business priorities to support sustainable growth. He has led end-to-end finance functions across geographies, including FP&A, regulatory reporting, tax, compliance, and risk management, while building high-performing, motivated teams.

Prior to this, Vinay held key roles at BNP Paribas, including MD & Head of Finance GCC and Head of APAC Finance Controllers. His earlier experience spans leadership positions at Macquarie, Fitness First India, Avanade (Accenture/Microsoft JV), and Dell, driving transformation, cost discipline, and financial excellence.
