Vikas spent nearly 20 years with ICICI Bank, most recently serving as Zonal Head – Business Banking. During his tenure, he also held roles including City Business Head, Zonal Head – Andhra Pradesh RIBG and Regional Head – Enterprise Credit, building expertise across business growth, credit, customer relationships and regional leadership.
He also held product leadership positions at ICICI Bank, including Product Head – Loan Against Gold & Gold Ornaments, Product Head – Enterprise Credit, RBC and Zonal Product Manager – South. His experience spans product strategy, working capital, process development and business planning.
Earlier, Vikas worked with Axis Bank as Manager – Credit and began his career with Bank of Rajasthan in finance and accounts.
In his new role, Vikas will leverage his business banking, enterprise credit and product leadership experience to strengthen Ujjivan Small Finance Bank’s MSME business and support its growth ambitions.
