Before joining HDFC Bank, Vibhash served as CHRO at HDFC Life, where he was a key member of the Executive Committee, leading HR, learning & development, administration, and facilities management for a workforce of over 37,000 employees across 600+ locations. His tenure is noted for driving employee engagement, leadership development, and building a performance-oriented culture.
