Manoj has been with Vashi since January 2019 and most recently served as President – BU Solar Installer. During his tenure, he played a key role in building the company’s Renewable Energy business from the ground up, including its team, customer relationships and partnerships. In his new role, Manoj’s focus will extend beyond business growth to creating opportunities for employee advancement, skill development and greater responsibilities, reflecting his people-centric approach to organisational growth.
