Sharma has held senior roles at several leading institutions, including AU Small Finance Bank, Swadhaar FinServe (RBL Finserve), Janalakshmi Financial Services, and DigiVation Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. His extensive career also includes contributions at Barclays, HSBC, ICICI Bank, and Whirlpool Corporation, showcasing a rich blend of cross-functional and cross-sector expertise.
