Ultrahuman Reports Record Revenue Growth and Profitability in FY25 Startup Stories

Bengaluru-based wearable tech startup Ultrahuman has delivered another strong performance, recording 5X year-on-year revenue growth in FY25 and turning profitable for the first time. The company’s revenue from operations surged to Rs 565 crore, up from Rs 105 crore in FY24, according to consolidated financial statements reviewed by Entrackr.

Ultrahuman operates as a self-quantification platform, offering products such as the flagship Ring Air smart ring, glucose monitoring wearable M1 Live, and blood testing solution Blood Vision. Smart rings accounted for 91.3% of operating revenue, contributing Rs 516 crore, a 9.5X growth from the previous fiscal year. Subscription income rose 7.4% to Rs 29 crore, while other operating revenue stood at Rs 20 crore. Including other income from interest and mutual fund gains, total revenue reached Rs 581 crore, up from Rs 108 crore in FY24.

The startup’s growth was driven by traction in emerging markets like Thailand, Hungary, and Germany, alongside sustained demand in the US, India, UAE, and UK. Ultrahuman also strengthened its women’s health capabilities by acquiring viO HealthTech Limited, enhancing ovulation and cycle tracking features.

Controlled costs and operational scale helped the company post its first-ever profit of Rs 73 crore, with ROCE at 12.9% and EBITDA margin at 8.76%. Ultrahuman has raised over $60 million to date, with Nexus Ventures and Blume Ventures as key investors.
