Torrent Power has appointed as Vice President – Human Resources, entrusting him with leadership of the HR function across its licensed power distribution operations. In this role, Anuj will spearhead enterprise-wide human capital strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation to support the company’s long-term growth and operational excellence.

Anuj brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience from the pharmaceutical sector, most notably with Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he played a pivotal role in shaping large-scale people strategies. During his tenure at Intas, he held senior leadership positions including Associate Vice President and Senior General Manager – Human Resources, leading initiatives across talent management, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational transformation.

Known for aligning people strategy with business outcomes, Anuj has successfully driven scalable HR frameworks in complex, high-growth environments.
