Elisabeth brings nearly three decades of experience across people leadership, organisational transformation and HR operations, including a long-standing career with Telenor. Most recently, she served as SVP People and Communication, Telenor Nordic, following nearly three years as CHRO of Telenor Norway. Earlier, she was CHRO at Digi Telecommunications and Multiconsult, alongside senior Telenor roles across Group, Nordic, Norwegian and Indian operations.
Her extensive experience across people strategy, transformation and multiple markets is expected to strengthen Telenor’s People agenda and support its organisational priorities as the company advances its next phase.
