Tata Steel has elevated Visionary Leader Prashant Kishore to Head – Human Resource for its Ludhiana operations, marking an important leadership milestone as it continues to strengthen its digital and technology capabilities. In his expanded role, Prashant will lead the entire human resource function, driving industrial relations, strengthening enterprise engagement platforms, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations aligned with business objectives.

The appointment reflects the firm’s focus on leveraging technology as a key enabler of operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. Prashant will play a critical role in aligning people strategy, enhancing digital resilience, and supporting cross-functional teams with robust technology solutions across the enterprise.

Prashant brings extensive HR leadership experience, having served as Senior Area Manager HRBP at Tata Steel. Prior to this elevation, he held leadership roles in compensation and industrial relations and started his career at Infosys. His journey positions the group to accelerate its digital journey.
