Before joining Target, Chandhu served as Senior Vice President – Stores, Data, AI & Innovation at Lowe’s Companies, where he led AI transformation, data and analytics, AI products and platforms, emerging technology investments, personalisation and digital customer engagement. He previously held leadership roles at Staples, including Senior Director/GM – Global eCommerce Product & Strategy and Director – Global eCommerce Product & Site Operations.
Chandhu also co-founded Cognitive Retail and served as Co-Founder & Partner at Merkatus Partners. Earlier, he held technology and eCommerce roles at Gap, Infosys and DHL. His extensive experience positions him to advance Target’s enterprise AI strategy, innovation and technology-led transformation, including opportunities around Generative AI for CXOs and AI agentic systems for enterprise.
