Tania Kar has been appointed Assistant Vice President – Health & Benefits at WTW in Bengaluru, marking a strategic addition to the firm’s leadership in employee benefits and insurance advisory. In this role, she will lead client relationship management, assess risk frameworks, and design customized health and benefits solutions aligned with organizational financial goals, while driving renewals and business growth.

Tania brings over a decade of experience across leading organizations including Aon Risk Insurance Brokers India Pvt Ltd., ekincare, MediBuddy, Prudent Insurance Brokers, EOX Vantage, and XL Catlin. At Aon, she served as Senior Manager – Employee Benefits, managing large corporate portfolios and delivering strategic insurance and wellness solutions. Her expertise in consulting, client retention, and cross-functional collaboration has consistently enabled business expansion and long-term partnerships.
