BMW Group has announced the appointment of Sylvia Neubauer as President and CEO of BMW (Schweiz) AG, effective July 1, 2026, marking a significant leadership transition for the company’s Swiss operations.

Sylvia brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience spanning strategy, brand management, customer experience, sales, CRM, digital transformation, and business growth. Most recently, she served as Vice President Customer, Brand & Sales at BMW M GmbH. 

During her eleven-year tenure with BMW Group, Sylvia held several influential leadership positions, including Vice President Corporate Strategy, Vice President Customer Interaction Management, Vice President Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, and Vice President Customer Lifecycle Management.

Before joining BMW Group, Sylvia built a distinguished career with Deutsche Lufthansa, E-Plus Mobilfunk, ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, and as Founder and Managing Director of Caremondo GmbH.
