Visionary Leader Swetha Naik has been appointed Cluster Talent Partner – Southeast Asia, Oceania, Middle East and Africa (SOMA) at ABB Robotics, effective 01 March 2026. The appointment reinforces ABB’s focus on strengthening talent strategy across high-growth international markets.

With over nine years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, Swetha has led niche skills hiring, recruitment process optimization, and large-scale workforce ramp-ups to support business expansion. Most recently, she served as Talent Acquisition Partner for Robotics, B&R Automation, and the India Operation Center (INOPC) Process Automation at ABB India.

In her new role, she will spearhead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across the SOMA cluster, aligning regional hiring initiatives with global workforce priorities. Her mandate includes workforce planning, recruitment excellence, employer branding, and strengthening stakeholder partnerships.

Swetha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Global Academy of Technology, Bengaluru.
