Sudarshan Patodia has taken on the role of Group Chief Financial Officer at Rainbow Children’s Hospitals, bringing extensive experience across healthcare, retail, FMCG and corporate finance. Before joining Rainbow Children’s Hospitals, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Centre for Sight, where he was responsible for financial leadership in the healthcare sector. He previously held the position of Vice President – Finance at Vishal Mega Mart, overseeing IPO initiatives, FP&A, investor relations, business finance, cost management, governance and profitability.
Earlier, he spent nearly 14 years with ITC Limited across Corporate Finance, Internal Audit, Foods Finance, Corporate Treasury and Category Finance. At ITC, he managed finance for the Sunfeast Biscuits business, handled treasury investments and forex hedging, supported new category expansion and evaluated strategic business plans and CapEx proposals. His experience across financial strategy, business performance, treasury, governance and growth initiatives adds significant depth to his new leadership role at Rainbow Children’s Hospitals.
