He brings extensive expertise in programme management, community development, ESG, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, MIS and impact measurement. During his tenure with the EY Foundation, he managed partnerships with more than 10 NGOs with an annual grant portfolio exceeding ₹7 crore and contributed to programmes reaching over 3 lakh women across 10 states. He also helped scale System of Assured Rice Production to more than 1 lakh farmers across four states and supported initiatives covering WASH, rural youth skilling, financial inclusion and government entitlements. Earlier at PRADAN, he worked extensively on women’s empowerment, natural resource management, livelihoods and community institution building.
