Fedbank Financial Services Ltd. (Fedfina) has appointed Sonal Yadav, CFE, as Assistant Vice President – Central RCU, strengthening its leadership in fraud risk management, governance, and financial crime prevention.
With more than 16 years of experience in banking and financial services, Sonal has developed deep expertise in fraud risk management, vigilance, investigations, operational risk, governance, credit control, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Fedfina, she served as Zonal Head – Vigilance at RBL Finserve Limited. Earlier, she held leadership roles at AEON Credit Service India Private Limited, including Deputy Department Head – Fraud Control Department and Fraud Manager – Credit Control. Her career also includes key positions at Kotak Mahindra Bank, HSBC, and ICICIdirect, where she built strong capabilities across banking operations, customer service, fraud prevention, and enterprise risk management.
