Skyroot Aerospace has elevated Swarna Latha to Senior Vice President - People & Culture, recognising her extensive experience in human resources management, organisational development and workforce strategy.
With over 15 years of HR expertise, Swarna brings a strong background in HR automation, analytics, compensation and benefits, talent management, and organisational effectiveness. Her experience includes implementing HR enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, leveraging workforce analytics to improve decision-making, and introducing innovative recruitment and skill development initiatives.
Before taking on her new role, she served as Vice President - People & Culture at Skyroot Aerospace. Earlier, she spent over four years at ALPLA Group, progressing through regional human resources leadership roles, including Senior Regional HR Manager. She also worked as Manager - HR & Administration at GLOCHEM Industries.
In her new position, Swarna will contribute her experience in people strategy and organisational development to Skyroot Aerospace as the company advances its aerospace and launch vehicle programmes.
