Signature Global has appointed Punit Gera as Assistant Vice President – Sales, reinforcing its leadership team to drive premium residential sales and expand its channel ecosystem across key growth corridors.

Punit brings over a decade of experience in real estate sales and revenue strategy. He previously served as Assistant Vice President at BPTP Ltd. and General Manager at Experion Developers, where he led high-value projects along Dwarka Expressway. Punit consistently delivered strong performance, achieving over ₹500 crore in annual sales across luxury portfolios, including apartments, villas, and penthouses, while scaling channel partner networks.

Earlier, Punit held leadership roles at Trump Towers Delhi NCR and Hero Realty Private Limited, driving concept selling and team leadership. His career also includes tenures at Tata Housing Development Company Limited, Unitech Limited, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V..
