Shriniwas brings more than 27 years of experience across the automotive value chain, with expertise spanning product development, manufacturing, quality, aftersales, product safety, field quality, warranty, customer experience and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Force Motors, he served as AVP / Head – Quality at Fiat India Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Earlier, he spent more than 18 years with Škoda Auto Volkswagen India, holding senior leadership responsibilities across quality management, product quality and safety, field quality and technical services. His career also includes experience with Mahindra & Mahindra and FIAT India in R&D and vehicle testing.
In his new role, Shriniwas will lead the Corporate Quality mandate at Force Motors, leveraging his experience in quality transformation, product safety, field performance and customer-focused operations.
