Shrimohan Yadav has joined Optimo Capital as an Independent Director, bringing extensive experience in financial services, policy, regulatory relations, governance and board-level leadership. He has been associated with slice as an Independent Director since January 2024, following his earlier role as Senior Advisor – Policy and Regulatory Relations at Quadrillion Finance Private Limited, a slice group company.
Alongside his new role at Optimo Capital, he serves as an Independent Director at Capri Global Housing Finance Ltd. and Finnable Credit Private Limited. He has also joined Credstone Ratings Pvt. Ltd. as an Independent Director. At Optimo Capital, he will work with the Board and management as the company enters its next phase of growth, contributing his experience in regulation and governance. His leadership portfolio across lending and financial services reflects a strong focus on responsible growth, governance and regulatory oversight.
