Shivani Saraf has been appointed as Head of Corporate Communications & CSR at Sanofi, bringing extensive experience in corporate affairs, communications, reputation management and strategic stakeholder engagement. She joins Sanofi after more than five years at Roche, where she served as Partner – Corporate Affairs & Communications and led strategic communications, CSR, executive thought leadership, media engagement and reputation-building initiatives across India.
Throughout her career, Shivani has worked across healthcare, public health, behavioural change and communications, with leadership roles at Communicate India, IPE Global and Ashoka University’s Centre for Social and Behaviour Change. Her expertise spans corporate communications, brand management, stakeholder engagement, behaviour change communication and healthcare ecosystem partnerships. At Sanofi, she will contribute to strengthening corporate reputation, CSR initiatives, stakeholder trust and strategic communications while supporting the company’s broader healthcare and business priorities.
