Visionary Leader Shivali Agrawal has been appointed Director – HR at Lendingkart, where she will lead key functions including HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.

In her new role, Shivali will work closely with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance hiring outcomes, improve employee experience, and build scalable HR processes in a high-growth environment. Her focus on analytics-led decision-making is expected to strengthen Lendingkart’s people capabilities as it continues to scale.

Prior to joining Lendingkart, she served as Assistant Vice President – Corporate HRBP at Piramal Finance, where she partnered with leadership across technology, data science, and business teams. She has also held HR leadership roles at Axis Bank and began her career at Infosys.
