Hindware Limited and AGI Greenpac Limited have named Shashvat Somany as Joint Managing Director. In his new role, he will oversee strategic priorities across Hindware’s Bathware and Pipes businesses and AGI Greenpac’s Packaging business, with a focus on strengthening portfolios and creating long-term value.
Shashvat brings experience across corporate strategy, business transformation and innovation. As Head of Strategy at Somany Impresa Group, he led initiatives focused on business transformation and operational excellence. He also founded SIG Tattva, the Group’s corporate venture capital platform, which works at the intersection of startups, industry, deep tech and innovation.
Shashvat holds an MBA in Technology and Analytics from London Business School and a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
