NETS has announced the appointment of Sharon Fong as Group Head Human Capital Management, bringing on board a highly accomplished HR leader with more than two decades of experience across banking, financial services, telecommunications, and payments.

Sharon has built an impressive career leading regional HR strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational transformation, and workforce planning initiatives across Asia-Pacific markets. Prior to joining NETS, she held senior leadership positions at Barclays, where she served as APAC Head of HR Delivery & Advisory and APAC HRBP Lead. Her distinguished professional journey also includes leadership roles at MUFG, JPMorgan Chase, State Bank of India, Singtel, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Throughout her career, Sharon has been instrumental in building high-performing teams, strengthening leadership capabilities, driving employee engagement, and enabling organizational growth through people-centric strategies.
