Amita brings exemplary experience in procurement leadership, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and supply chain transformation across the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries. Her expertise spans APIs, excipients, formulations, packaging materials, bulk chemicals, and large-scale global procurement operations.

Before joining Shalina Healthcare, she held key leadership positions at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd., Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., Teva Pharmaceuticals, UPL, and GSK. Throughout her career, she has successfully driven procurement transformation initiatives, sourcing optimization strategies, commercial excellence programs, and global supply chain efficiencies across international markets.
