Servotech Renewable Power System Limited has appointed visionary leader Shivinder Singh Buttar as Vice President and Head of Human Resources, strengthening its people leadership as the company continues to operate in the renewable energy sector.
Shivinder brings over 20 years of exemplary experience in human resources leadership, industrial relations, talent management and organisational development. His professional background spans manufacturing, automotive and renewable energy, giving him experience in managing workforce requirements across diverse industries.
Before joining Servotech, he served as Head of Human Resources at INA SOLAR (Insolation Energy Ltd) and as General Manager of Human Resources at Future Solar. His earlier career includes leadership and HR roles at STL (Sterlite Technologies Limited), Volkswagen India, Skoda Auto India, Piramal Group and Videocon Consumer Durables.
Shivinder also brings entrepreneurial experience as Founder and Director of Soltastic Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd., alongside his involvement in training and professional development.
In his new role, he will lead Servotech’s HR function, focusing on people strategy, workforce development and organisational growth.
