ServiceNow Surges Ahead with Apriel 2.0 and Record AI Growth in Q3 Startup Stories

ServiceNow continues to redefine enterprise AI, posting another strong quarter that exceeded all topline and profit targets. In Q3 2025, the company’s subscription revenue rose 20.5% year-over-year to $3.299 billion, prompting an upward revision of its full-year revenue guidance to $12.8 billion.

“The next wave of AI is about more than innovation, it’s about execution, and how fast and responsibly enterprises can put advanced intelligence to work,” said Pat Casey, CTO of ServiceNow.

Driving this momentum is Apriel 2.0, the next-generation open model family co-developed with NVIDIA. Built on NVIDIA’s Nemotron technology, Apriel 2.0 brings multimodal reasoning to enterprise workflows; empowering autonomous and semi-autonomous agents to interpret screenshots, forms, and diagrams. “Open models give enterprises the transparency and control they need to tailor AI to their data, workflows, and trust standards,” said Kari Ann Briski, NVIDIA’s VP of Generative AI for Enterprise.

ServiceNow’s AI products are now poised to exceed $500 million in annual contract value, with 12 Now Assist deals surpassing $1 million each this quarter. With Apriel 2.0 and its expanding NVIDIA partnership, ServiceNow’s AI-led transformation has evolved into a powerful growth engine.
