Semiconductor Startup Morphing Machines Raises INR 38.4 Crore in Series A Funding Startup Stories

Indian semiconductor startup Morphing Machines has secured INR 38.4 crore (approximately $4.3 million) in its Series A funding round, led by IAN Alpha Fund with participation from existing investors including Speciale Invest, IvyCap Ventures, Navam Capital, Golden Sparrow Ventures, IIMA Ventures, and DeVC.

The fresh capital will be utilized to build and test Morphing Machines’ first chip, enhance its product capabilities, and expand its team from 50 to over 90 members. The company has developed a groundbreaking runtime reconfigurable many-core processor named ‘REDEFINE™’, designed to deliver configuration and compute flexibility for data centers, AI/ML workloads, telecom infrastructure, and next-generation enterprise computing applications.

Over the next 12 to 24 months, Morphing Machines aims to focus on developing its first proof-of-silicon chip, signing paid pilot projects, and strengthening its software toolchain to support diverse computing environments.

This funding marks a significant milestone in India’s push toward semiconductor innovation and self-reliance, reinforcing Morphing Machines’ mission to redefine high-performance computing through indigenous chip design and engineering excellence.
