With over two decades of global healthcare experience, Saurabh brings a strong combination of strategic leadership, operational rigor, and a deeply patient-centric approach.

In his new role, Saurabh will focus on enhancing quality outcomes, empowering clinical and non-clinical teams, and expanding access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare for communities across Mumbai. He has an extensive background in hospital operations, P&L management, business strategy, digital transformation, hospital projects, and process optimisation, having led complex healthcare organizations at scale.

Prior to this appointment, he served in senior leadership roles at KIMS Hospitals, Medanta, Fortis Healthcare, McKinsey & Company, and PwC India, where he drove organisational transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale hospital commissioning initiatives. A NABH Assessor certified by the Quality Council of India and a Certified ISO 9001 Auditor, Saurabh is widely recognised for his expertise in accreditation, patient safety, and healthcare quality systems.
