Dynamisch has appointed Sanket Prabhu as Vice President of Engineering, strengthening its leadership team to accelerate innovation across AI, agentic AI, and next-generation digital technologies.

Sanket brings exemplary experience in building high-performance engineering teams, scaling technology organizations, and driving sustainable innovation frameworks. With a strong focus on fostering engineering culture and future-ready leadership, Sanket is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing Dynamisch’s technology roadmap and solving complex challenges at scale.

Prior to this, Sanket held key leadership roles at Ciklum and Quest Global, where he led global innovation initiatives across XR, AI, IoT, and Digital Twin ecosystems. His achievements include scaling business revenue significantly, building 200+ member engineering teams, and managing global P&L responsibilities.
