Sanjay spent more than three decades with Sun Pharma, where he most recently served as Associate Vice President. His long tenure provided him with extensive experience across pharmaceutical operations and field-level business functions.
Earlier in his career, he served as Zonal Sales Manager – North, building a strong foundation in frontline sales, commercial leadership and field operations.
At Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Sanjay will bring together his deep pharmaceutical industry knowledge and extensive field leadership experience to support the organisation’s people and HR agenda, with a focus on field HR.
