Vadilal Industries Limited has appointed Saibal Bhattacharyya as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing on board a seasoned consumer goods leader with over 23 years of experience across P&L management, sales, marketing, business transformation, and commercial excellence.

Prior to joining Vadilal Industries, Saibal was associated with PepsiCo, where he played a key role in driving global commercial transformation initiatives focused on Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Net Revenue Management (NRM), category management, analytics, and sales productivity. His work contributed to large-scale revenue growth and operational efficiency programs across international markets.

Earlier, he served as India General Manager and Vice President at retail-tech startup Aintu, where he helped build and scale consumer engagement and retail technology solutions. Before that, he spent over 16 years in leading FMCG organizations, holding senior sales and marketing leadership roles, managing national sales operations, launching brands, and leading business growth initiatives across domestic and international markets.
