At Synopsys, Sahil oversees key initiatives spanning enterprise AI strategy, AI ecosystem partnerships across Enterprise AI, Physics AI and electronic design automation (EDA), AI enablement, and executive communications. He also serves as Chief of Staff for the Strategic Missions & Technology organisation.
He has played a key role in establishing Synopsys’ enterprise AI governance framework, collaborating with Legal, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and AI Architecture teams to support safe and compliant AI adoption. His contributions include streamlining AI governance evaluations through automation and advancing employee AI enablement initiatives.
Before joining Synopsys in 2024, Sahil spent over 12 years at Qualcomm, holding leadership positions across engineering, product development, and AI programme management. His experience includes leading global AI programmes and supporting the commercialisation of on-device AI technologies.
