Pardeep brings over 15 years of experience across IT operations, technology transformation and digital enablement, with expertise in cloud strategy, cybersecurity, automation and scalable digital infrastructure.
Before joining SRF, Pardeep served as Head of Information Technology at Lenskart, driving cloud-first initiatives, IT cost optimisation and workflow automation while aligning technology with supply chain, manufacturing and customer delivery requirements.
Earlier, he held technology roles at Nykaa and ReNew Power, following stints at Wipro Infotech and other technology services companies.
At SRF, Pardeep will focus on strengthening secure digital operations and aligning technology capabilities with business growth across the Specialty Chemicals and Chemicals Technology businesses.
