Shweta brings more than 25 years of HR experience, including nearly 11 years with SAP. Before her new role, she served as Head of People & Culture, SAP India. Earlier, she held senior HR positions spanning Global HR Business Partner, Director – Human Resources and leadership roles supporting Enterprise Cloud Services and the SAP Labs Network. Before SAP, she spent nearly eight years with Microsoft India Development Center and began her career at Wipro Technologies.
Her expertise across global HR partnering, talent strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development and culture is expected to strengthen SAP’s people strategy and support its global business priorities.
