Rishikesh Santosh Shinde has joined CMA CGM as Director – Talent Development (Global Business Services), reinforcing the organization’s focus on leadership capability, talent transformation, and organizational excellence across its global operations.

In his new role, Rishikesh will lead strategic initiatives focused on leadership development, learning strategy, workforce capability building, and organizational effectiveness within the GBS ecosystem. With more than two decades of experience in HR transformation, talent management, succession planning, and people strategy, he brings extensive expertise in building scalable and future-ready talent frameworks.

Before joining CMA CGM, Rishikesh held leadership roles with globally recognized organizations including Honeywell and FORVIA, where he contributed to talent and leadership initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
