Visionary Leader Raviraj Bhat has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and Regional Head - South, Health Solutions at Aon, marking a significant leadership milestone in his career. In this role, he will lead strategic initiatives and drive the delivery of innovative health and benefits solutions across the southern region, strengthening Aon’s client engagement and market presence.

With extensive experience in employee benefits consulting, global business management, analytics, and client relationship management, Raviraj brings a strong strategic perspective to the position. His expertise is expected to enhance Aon’s ability to deliver customized, data-driven health solutions to organizations navigating evolving workforce needs.

Prior to this elevation, he served as Vice President – Employee Benefits at Unity Willis Towers Watson India. He has also held key roles at India Insure Risk Management & Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. and Tata AIG Life Insurance, building deep domain expertise in insurance and risk management.
