A Chartered Accountant, Ramya brings expertise in mergers and acquisitions, investment evaluation, and financial analysis. She joined EY in October 2023 as a Senior Manager and has now advanced to the Director position, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey.
Before joining EY, Ramya served as Associate Vice President, M&A and Corporate Finance, at Xcelerate Global, where she worked with the investment team to evaluate potential targets in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and environmental, social and governance (ESG) sectors.
She previously worked with Dandu Group, contributing to investment activities and portfolio management within the family office ecosystem.
Her professional journey reflects a blend of tax expertise, transaction advisory, and investment experience, positioning her to contribute to complex M&A engagements and strategic financial decisions.
