Aviva Life Insurance India has appointed Rajat Srivastava as the Chief Distribution Officer – Proprietary Channels, marking a significant addition to its leadership team. With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Rajat is known for his expertise in driving growth, building customer-centric distribution models, and leading large, high-performing teams.

Before joining Aviva, he held senior leadership roles at Kotak Life Insurance and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where he successfully expanded distribution networks and enhanced business productivity. At Kotak Life, Rajat led a vast network of 21,000 life advisors across 15 states, focusing on scalable agency models and strengthening customer engagement.

In his new role at Aviva India, Rajat will lead efforts to empower advisors, strengthen digital-first direct channels, and accelerate growth across proprietary distribution businesses.
