Rahul Pundir has been appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, effective March 2, 2026, reinforcing the company’s strategic focus on strengthening supply chain resilience and operational agility. The appointment was disclosed in accordance with regulatory requirements under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), underscoring the significance of the role within the organization’s growth roadmap.

Pundir brings over 24 years of global experience spanning manufacturing, logistics, and end-to-end operations leadership. He joins from Procter & Gamble, where he served as Executive Officer – Product Supply, Japan, and Sustainability Leader. During his tenure, he led complex supply networks, advanced digital enablement initiatives, and executed large-scale transformation programs focused on efficiency and sustainability.

He began his career at Larsen & Toubro as a Sales Engineer, building strong technical and operational foundations. He also holds a Postgraduate Certification in Digital Manufacturing and Smart Factories from Indian Institute of Science.
