This new chapter represents Rahul Khona’s return to Starbucks India, where he was previously part of the initial market launch team and played a crucial role in building the company’s technology foundation. During that period, he made valuable contributions in the core technology systems related to POS, ERP, loyalty platforms, business intelligence, payment system, infrastructure, and store technologies.

Rahul comes with rich experience in leadership from reputable firms such as Tim Hortons, Nexus Malls, McDonald’s, Reliance Brands Limited, Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, and Reliance Communications. Throughout his career, he has gained significant knowledge in areas such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, omnichannel technology, enterprise systems, and customer experience innovations.

Apart from his corporate accomplishments, his educational qualifications from the Indian School of Business and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore add value to his portfolio as a strategic technology leader.
