Before assuming this critical leadership role, he contributed significantly to HR transformation initiatives at Vardhman Textiles and SHREEYAM Power and Steel Industries, where he strengthened HR practices, operational efficiency, and employee relations frameworks. His academic grounding with an MSW in Human Resources further augments his capability to blend strategic thinking with people-centric execution.
