Rahul Anand Appointed as Regional Director – India at Tishman Speyer

Rahul Anand has joined Tishman Speyer as Regional Director – India, bringing nearly three decades of experience across real estate investment, development, finance and asset management. Based in Mumbai, he will lead Tishman Speyer’s growth and diversification across India and report to Joseph Ghazal, Global Head of Growth. His appointment was announced by Tishman Speyer in September 2026.

Immediately before joining Tishman Speyer, he was Senior Advisor at HDFC Capital Advisors and Managing Partner at SRD Partners, while previously serving as CEO of Bombay Realty and Head of Bombay Dyeing. Earlier, he held senior roles at Brookfield Properties and Portman Holdings, along with leadership positions involving JLL and Clark Ventures. His experience includes conceptualising, investing in, developing and managing mixed-use, residential and commercial assets, as well as raising capital and managing real estate investment, equity and debt funds.
